PlayKovo respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid copyright complaints. If you believe content on our site infringes your rights, please send us a notice using the details below.

Some games are embedded from third-party providers. If a complaint concerns an embedded game, we may remove or disable the listing while we review it, or forward the complaint to the relevant provider when appropriate.

What to include

• The rights owner's name and your contact information.
• The PlayKovo URL of the allegedly infringing content.
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe is affected.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights owner.
• Your signature or typed full name.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this happened in error, you may send a concise counter-notice to the same address with your contact details and an explanation of why the content should be restored.
