Account data
Signing up with Google gives us the name, email, profile image, and account identifier Google shares for authentication. Email sign-in gives us the email address and authentication records. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored by PlayKovo in readable form.
Submission data
When you submit a game, we store the build or external URL, store-listing text and media, rights or licensing information, review messages, and the versions you send. We use this to review, host, and display the game and to respond to safety or rights complaints.
Dashboard and metrics
The Studio dashboard can show play counts, advertising events, and revenue records for your games. These figures are built from gameplay and ad-serving events associated with the game and are not intended to identify individual players by name.
API keys
If you generate an API key for SDK integration, we store the credential needed to authenticate requests from your game. Treat it like a password. You can revoke and regenerate it from the dashboard.
Payout data
Revenue share is not active yet, so PlayKovo does not currently request bank, payment account, or tax details from developers. This section will be updated before that information is collected.
Service providers and disclosure
We use Supabase for authentication and database records, Cloudflare R2 for submitted files, and Vercel for deployment and request handling. Transactional messages may be delivered through Resend when email delivery is enabled. We do not sell developer profile data. Information may be disclosed when required by law or needed to investigate security and rights complaints.
Retention and your choices
You can update your profile, revoke API keys, and request that a game be unpublished. To close an account or request access, correction, or deletion, contact us. We may retain records needed for unresolved rights complaints, security, accounting, or legal obligations.
